layered blankets of snow
embraced in the span of stars

vascillating vexation
inspired insidiously
guarded gregariously

thorough retreat
fingers of trees
reaching to the divine
outstreached gaze upon that so easily touched
but so violently resisted

crossing the palms of lost tomorrows
unremittingly
until
